Choice

 

Excerpt from Allegiant. 

Months before I read these lines on the book, I posted almost the same lines in my blog. And 3 months after, I failed to make that choice. I kept thinking something was wrong with us. That we are falling apart. That we were just afraid to admit it to ourselves. But I feel so ashamed to have felt that way. I wish I could take back that day and choose differently. I realized that we don't have a problem. I just think that we have! It's really just me and my overthinking nature (can't help it. Sorry.) And I am sorry. Because I knew that I have hurt you in some way.

I love you. And that is what I choose for today.
